Terms of service
Effective July 21, 2026. These terms govern your use of RSS Mixer, operated by Family Media LLC.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using RSS Mixer, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
RSS Mixer combines user-selected RSS or Atom sources into a mixed feed. Features, limits, refresh schedules, and availability may change. The service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your account, and activity performed through it. Paid plans renew according to the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation normally applies at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use RSS Mixer unlawfully; interfere with or overload the service; evade technical limits; access accounts or systems without permission; distribute malware; or use source content in a way that infringes another party’s rights. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or enforce these terms.
Source content and ownership
You retain rights you have in information you submit. You grant RSS Mixer the limited permission needed to retrieve, process, cache, transform, and publish that information as a mixed feed. You are responsible for having the right to use and republish each source you add.
Disclaimers and liability
We do not guarantee that feeds will be complete, current, error-free, continuously available, or compatible with every reader. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Family Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid RSS Mixer during the previous 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, material risk to the service or others, nonpayment, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them as the service evolves and will revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably required.
