Privacy policy

Effective July 21, 2026. This page describes how Family Media LLC handles information when you use RSS Mixer.

Information we handle

We handle account details such as your name and email address; the feed URLs, mix names, and settings you submit; and technical records needed to secure, operate, and troubleshoot the service. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic identity information needed to authenticate you, not access to your Gmail messages.

Billing and analytics

Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details. RSS Mixer receives billing status, plan, customer identifiers, and limited transaction information, but not complete card numbers. We use Fathom Analytics to understand aggregate site usage without putting feed-source selections into analytics events.

How information is used

We use information to provide and refresh mixed feeds, authenticate accounts, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, answer support requests, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers including Cloudflare for application infrastructure, Google for optional authentication, Stripe for billing, and Fathom for analytics. They may process information in countries other than your own under their respective terms and safeguards.

Public feeds

A mixed-feed URL is designed to be fetched by feed readers and may be accessible to anyone who has its address. Do not add private, credential-bearing, or confidential source URLs unless the product explicitly supports that use.

Retention and choices

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for operations, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@rssmixer.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate security and accounting needs.

Children and changes

RSS Mixer is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
