Free RSS validator

Check whether a feed works before you add it.

Test RSS, Atom, RDF, JSON Feed, or a webpage that advertises a feed. RSS Mixer checks it through the same safety-bounded parser used by the combiner.

Validate a feed URL

Enter one public feed or webpage URL. Submitted URLs are not sent to analytics.

What it checks

Format, version, item count, freshness, redirects, feed discovery, duplicate IDs, and media attachments.

Safe public fetching

Private networks, oversized responses, excessive redirects, and slow sources are blocked or bounded.

Useful checks

Validate the URL you will actually use.

Direct feed or normal webpage

Paste an RSS, Atom, RDF, or JSON Feed URL. You can also paste a webpage when you want RSS Mixer to look for an advertised feed link.

What a valid result means

The source was publicly reachable, passed RSS Mixer's network safeguards, and parsed as a supported feed. It does not certify publisher identity, copyright permission, future availability, or every optional extension.
